Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or shipment within 5 business days.
