Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Sonara piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
